Production and sales situation of the automotive industry in July 2023

In July, under the influence of a high base in the same period last year, combined with the traditional off-season of the car market, the pace of production and sales slowed down, and the overall market performance was relatively flat, with a year-on-year decline. Among them, the production and sales of passenger cars decreased month on month compared to the same period last year, while the production and sales of commercial vehicles showed double-digit growth due to last year's low base compared to the same period last year. The export of new energy vehicles and automobiles continued to develop well.
